Master Services Agreement

This Master Services Agreement (MSA) sets out the standard terms on which Sercha Technologies provides its platform and related services. It applies to each Order Form that refers to it. It is accepted by the Customer by signing an Order Form and does not need to be signed separately.
The agreement between Sercha and the Customer consists of each signed Order Form, this MSA, and the Data Processing Addendum.
