Why no seats?
Everyone at the firm should be able to build. Charging per person works against that, so the price follows your pages and your building, not your headcount.
What happens when we run out of credits?
Nothing stops. New documents keep flowing in and bill as extra credits at A$1 each, so your data never goes stale because someone got busy in the builder.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We set up your document types before you start, so the builder works from day one. A new kind of document later comes in with its own reading-in.
What's the payment when we sign?
The pages you already have, read in once at 0.4 credits a page. It's paid when you sign, and you can watch it happen.
Can it run in our own cloud?
Yes, on Custom. Sercha runs in your own cloud account and your documents stay there.
