Every client's numbers in one place, built from the files they send.

Clients send their statements. You get each client's P&L, cash flow, valuation and variance, and a list of what's missing from their books.

How it's done today

Advisors spend the first hour of every client meeting rebuilding the numbers from whatever the client sent, in whatever shape it came in. Across a portfolio of clients, nobody has one view of how they're all tracking.

What the workflow does

  1. 1

    Clients send their files

Statements go into a folder per client, however they're laid out.

  2. 2

    Sercha reads every statement

Each line item by period, with stated totals kept exactly as stated.

  3. 3

    Builds the views

P&L, cash flow, runway, valuation drivers, and variance against the last period.

  4. 4

    Calls out the gaps

Missing months, totals that don't add up, and accounts that changed name.

A business advisory firm built this across its clients' books so every meeting starts from the same numbers.

Questions

Are totals recalculated?
No. A stated total is kept exactly as the statement shows it, and if it doesn't match its lines, the difference is flagged.
Can each client see only their own numbers?
Yes. Access follows the folders, so a client sees their own and you see the whole portfolio.
What if a client's statements are laid out differently?
That's normal. We set up the document types for your clients' statements, so the builder works from day one.

See it on your own documents.
