- It's marked as not stated. Sercha never fills a gap with a guess.
- Does an approval still stand if the lease changes?
- No. If a new document changes a term you approved, the approval is cleared and the term shows what changed.
- Can we choose which terms are reviewed?
- Yes. Ask the builder to add or drop terms, and the review changes at the same link.
